No. The AI that powers Atlas reads your household context to surface relevant help, but your data is never used as training material for any model — ours or anyone else's.

Your household data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

Yes. You can request a full data deletion from Settings → Account → Delete my household. We will remove all your household records within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Most households are fully set up in under ten minutes. You add your household members, connect a shared email address for capture, and Atlas begins organising from there. There is no complex configuration — it learns your rhythms as you go.

Atlas is built for the primary household organiser — the person who tracks school schedules, medical records, pet care, bills, and everything in between. It works equally well for single-parent households, couples, and larger multi-generational families.

No. Only the primary organiser needs a full Atlas account. Additional members can be added as profiles so their schedules, tasks, and documents are organised under their name — they don't need to log in unless you choose to give them access.

Atlas can import events from Google Calendar via a calendar connection in Settings. We are actively building importers for Cozi and other household apps. In the meantime, our Quick Capture feature makes it easy to bring things in one at a time.

The Vault is your household's secure document store. It automatically files documents like vet records, insurance policies, school forms, and warranties under the right household member or domain. Think of it as a filing cabinet that organises itself.

Domains are the natural categories of household life — Medical, School, Pets, Finance, Property, and so on. When Atlas captures a document or task, it routes it to the right domain automatically so you never have to decide where to put things.

You connect a household email address (or a dedicated forwarding address) in Settings. Atlas monitors that inbox, identifies actionable items — bills due, appointment confirmations, school notices — and files or surfaces them appropriately. Your personal inbox is never read.

Every week Atlas generates a concise briefing: upcoming events, tasks that need attention, and anything that has a deadline in the next 7–14 days. It is designed to give you a calm, complete picture of the week ahead without digging through multiple apps.

Red-line safeguards are rules you set that Atlas will never override — for example, certain medical appointments are always blocked out, or specific documents require your explicit confirmation before being archived. They give you control over the most important household decisions.

Yes. Atlas offers a free tier that covers one household with up to three members, basic calendar and task management, and limited Vault storage. The free plan is a great way to experience Atlas before committing.

The Atlas household plan unlocks unlimited household members, unlimited Vault storage, AI-powered email capture, domain routing, the Weekly Household Plan, and priority support. Pricing is a flat monthly or annual fee per household — not per member.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, and you will never be charged again. Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation so you can export it.
